Heavy Mechanic: KLS Hydraulics & Machine Works LLC is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Heavy Mechanic at its Missoula, Montana facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience, preferably in a job shop environment.
Outside Sales : Industrial, Construction, Mining, Mobile Equipment & Agricultural accounts has opportunity for aggressive and versatile sales person. Customer base includes new and existing accounts. Territory is Western Montana and based in Missoula. Mechanical aptitude, hydraulic, or electronic experience favorable. Candidate must have 2 plus years sales experience with a proven track record of goal attainment. Must possess knowledge of business organization structure and buying influences. Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as the ability to develop relationships through referrals, cross-selling opportunities and other self-generated ideas is required for this position.
Hydraulic Technician : Experienced hydraulic piston pump and motor technician needed. Abilities include tear down, inspection of parts, quoting, assembly and complete test. Experience with hydraulic valves, cylinders or machine work and welding a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written skills and above average mechanical aptitude and reasoning/logic skills. Troubleshooting and failure analysis is a plus. Tools are required.
Machinist : Qualified candidates must have at least two years of machining experience. Must be able to work from layouts and dimensions on drawings. Applicant must be able to load, align, and set up machine per drawing instructions and maintain quality production records. Must have the ability to read blueprints and be able to read shop math and have proficient knowledge of machining methods and cutting tools.
